What To Expect

Here's how it works...

In the first instance you can message, email or call me and I will endeavour to be in touch asap. We can book a free 30 minute consultation - either online, on the phone or in person, it is up to you. You can then have some time to think and decide whether I am a coach you wish to work with and let me know.

If you do wish to proceed, I will ask you to  engage in a weekly appointment which if you're anything like me might be met with some resistance, this is normal. When I requested a session every other week, my coach rightly asked me why I wasn't prioritising my happiness.

In fully committing to a coaching relationship, you will reap the benefits and I can wholly support you along the way.  We can set a time frame of ten weeks at a time to 'check in' and establish your progress, alternatively, we can just continue with no set time frame until you feel you have gained what you needed - it is up to you.

 ​I know it can feel scary - remember, I've been there - but I am open and friendly, and will make you feel at ease. It is 100 per cent confidential and while the journey can at times be uncomfortable, there is nothing to be afraid of, you are not alone. In fact, if you can - allow yourself a deep breath and be excited, because should you choose me or someone else, coaching and/or therapy really could be the first step to creating the life, mindset and internal peace you want.
